For some reason, the february 15 post is the most recent post that comes up every time i look at your website, and until i make a comment, the newer posts won't show. Is this happening to anyone else?

This brought tears to my eyes Matt. For the most part I focus on the here and now but there are a few things that I definitely need to draw a line with, because ultimately I believe that no matter how small those things are, they do hold us back.

Thank you! Hope you Suzy and the boys have a great weekend!

Thanks, Matt, this one hit me hard. I am a constant complainer on the past. It is funny how when I talk , I don't see it that way, until I hear it from someone else. I am so glad you have these posts. You keep up the great work you are doing, and stay motivated on your workouts!
