Wow, interesting that I read this post today...I had a breakthrough workout on Thursday! I am working with a personal trainer for the first time in my life (Karen from RTB) and it has been amazing! Thrusday was my third week with her and she pushed me HONESTLY; farther than I thought I could go. During the workout I felt worried that it was doing too much - breathing was so hard and I thought my legs and arms would give out on me when I was stepping up on the weight bench and doing bicep curls up there. But they didn't give out and I kept breathing and I felt AMAZING the rest of the day. I am still really sore today though as a friendly reminder of my breakthrough workout :-)
