Dude, you are soooo right. I was realizing this same fact over the weekend. I love classes for the same reason that you do. But sometimes a class is not available so I grab a machine. I found myself slacking of at the end of my elliptical workout on Friday and again on the stairmaster on Saturday. I had to mentally ell myself to et back to work! I was getting to the last five minutes or so and starting to slack. Then I realized, "Hey, your cool down doesn't start till later, get your butt movin'!"
We must constantly keep ourselves in check and make sure we are pushing for the whole workout!
