Well, Suzy just got back from her trip to The Biggest Loser Resort and Spa in Utah.  She had a good time and learned a lot.  We are really excited to implement the things she learned into our lives starting NOW!  Last night we got to talking and I am really excited to announce that Suzy is going to start blogging here at Matt-Hoover.com!

We have decided that together we can help even more people and are going to start putting up more pictures and videos right here on the site.  I am really excited.  I hope you are too.  Be looking for Suzy’s blogs soon!  I will be writing about my “Boys Week” lessons tomorrow.
